Kyra & John were married on Folly Beach, SC on May 19, 2012.
The day was filled with a warm, beautiful glow and the sun wasn’t the only light of the day. Anyone could tell you that the real light was coming from Kyra & John.
Their wedding was casual, comfortable, and completely their own. Dear friends pitched in to help personalize the wedding day. From the “Here Comes The Bride” sign to the wedding cake, love was in the details. It was obvious that their guests had tons of fun, with the great music and yummy food.
I’m grateful they had me as their photographer to capture some of their love light!

Daniela & Nat May 5, 2012
Daniela & Nat: so good together, so happy to be getting married, that love was all around them.
Married in a traditional ceremony at Blessed Sacrament on May 5,2012.
After their ceremony, we stopped along the way to the reception to do my favorite wedding day activity, photograph the bride and groom together. We just pulled over to Forsyth Park to capture the perfect light, for “Newlyweds”.
After our little detour,we were off to celebrate with friends and family. The Marshall House was a great spot for their intimate wedding reception and had the perfect historic feel.
Their wedding was a combination of geniune moments, the people closest to them, & the love shared between Daniela & Nat.
I’m so glad they chose me as their wedding photographer.
Don stood at the door and squinted against the sun. The rain had just quit. The groomsmen had fun ” walking the streets of Savannah” to take photos. Now Don was ready.
Kelsey stood as her mom wrapped her sash. With a double loop and a beautiful broach, she was ready. Kelsey looked over at the mirror on the wall and stared back at her reflection. And in that second, she saw herself for the first time. That moment in time that she took a deep breath…and she smiled. Kelsey was marring Don soon!
Now standing in the Cathedral, maybe, just maybe, just for a second Don closed his eyes just to be able to soak it all in. As she walked to join him… he smiled. Don was marring Kelsey right now!

April 14th, 2012 on the white sand of Hilton Head Island, SC, Sarah Sorto and David Mena tied the knot.
As brother and brother-in-law officiated this wondrous family occasion, there was much expression of joy and happiness.
Every angle of their wedding was rich with island flair and personality. Sarah in an antique inspired blusher and David in his aviators, were so thoughtful in picking their wedding details.
The reception was held at Moss Creek Plantation.
The choreographed dance entry of the wedding party at the reception was truly impressive. I loved this beach themed wedding cake and place cards; so perfect!
